TXP’s investors were unsure how a legacy tech specialist and an IT recruitment company could present a single offer to customers. They needed a clear story, and purpose.

We learned from customers in need of tech modernisation that big systems integrators were too slow, and in-house teams weren’t flexible or innovative enough. From that clear space in the market, and the insight that every tech transformation leads to a need for change in people, we developed a simple strategy: Technology x people = progress. Bringing both skillsets together multiplies effectiveness.

We named the newly-unified business TXP (technology x people) and created a dynamic, modern brand that kick-started a period of fast growth and new acquisitions.
