The Edwin James Group of engineering companies worked in silos and struggled to cross-sell. They desperately needed to be unified under a single identity to unlock potential for growth. 

We began with the insight that their diverse engineering skills ultimately come together to improve their customers’ capabilities. We renamed them MARCH (implying unified forward motion) and the brand we then built around ‘engineering progress’ gave them a clear, meaningful purpose. The rebrand shifted them into the big leagues, with a sale to new investors just three weeks after launch. 

MARCH is on a rapid growth trajectory, set to double in size again over the next 12 months, and we help steer brand integration as more and more acquisitions join the business.
